ANI (Average Nucleotide Identity)
Introduction:
ANI is a measure of nucleotide-level genomic similarity between the coding regions of two genomes.
In general, a bacterial species shared ANI > 95%.
In this section, we provided the ANI clustering of rhizobia and their close-related strains, dividing the genomes into genospecies.
